This ad launched a paradigm shift in Lowcountry primary medical care. A group of doctors, weary 
of the dictates of insurance companies, regulators and corporations, banded together to practice medicine as they had been taught and bring down the costs of delivering it. This ad then, was their Declaration of Independence. It got people cheering for them and helped motivate more
than 200 area physicians to join them.
